Sciant among Best Employers in CEE

Sciant is among the 15 Best Employers in Central and Eastern Europe according to Hewitt Associates international research in the region. The leading IT outsourcing company competed with 504 other companies from Bulgaria, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Hungary, Croatia and Czech Republic.

Few months earlier on 24th of November 2006 the local Best Employer survey announced Sciant to be Second Best Employer in the category of Small and Medium Enterprises. That was the first time Bulgaria was included in the international research “Best Employer”, conducted by the consulting agency and Monday Insight.

The survey once again proved that development opportunities and the balance between professional responsibilities and personal time of the employees is not only praised policy in Bulgaria but also outlines Sciant management internationally.
