Best Employers Award, Hewitt Study 2006

Bulgaria's leading IT outsourcing company Sciant was announced Best Employer at a special ceremony on November 24th. Sciant achieved employees’ engagement results above the average for the Best Employers in Central and Eastern Europe and was ranked second in the Small and Medium Size Enterprise category in Bulgaria. The first study Best Employers in Bulgaria was organized by Hewitt Associates and Monday Insight.

The survey has shown that the autonomous decision making as well as the balance maintained between professional and private life is what keeps Sciant on the top.

48 companies were included in the study, Bulgarian and multinational companies being equally represented. With its outstanding results, Sciant will compete for the Central and Eastern Europe Best Employer award with over 1,000 companies from the region in May 2007.

The survey results were based on the employees’ engagement scores, the company HR practices and the top management survey analysis.
