| Quality Assurance Process
|
 |
| A Sciant product must meet or exceed customer requirements and industry standards. To do this we will provide initial research and prototyping. We provide development suggestions to customers that will prove product concepts. We will give an accurate time estimation of a project based on customer requirements and product architecture and design. |
 |
| Coding guidelines
We follow coding guidelines to supply readable and easy maintainable code to our customers. There are regular code reviews to ensure that code is in good shape and provides reasonable level of white box testing. Regular builds are delivered to our test teams to ensure that bugs will be found as early as possible and, follow a well-defined testing process.
We will also arrange unit tests that are developed to increase the efficiency of test process and minimize occurrence of regressions.
Based on Sciant's extensive experience, we have a highly efficient bug prevention programme which means that once a problem has been corrected it does not reappear somewhere else.

| Change management
Sciant has strict change management controls to prevent the schedule, scope and budget of the project getting out of hand. All change requests are tracked individually, discussed with the customer and the development team in order to assure correct assessment of effort, risks and cost.
We are proud of our system of communication which we have developed which keeps positive and constructive communication flowing between everyone involved in the project.
